Reservation cancellation & Refund policy
- Cancellation must be made no later than 2days prior to use.
(1day prior to use - 10% cancellation fee will be charged / On arrival date - 30% cancellation fee will be charged)
- Reservation and Cancellation upon the date of arrival will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
- If customer uses part of the package, cancellation & refund will not be available.
